So here's the cheat sheet. For every popular Sephora item people ask me about, here's what I swapped to and why. These aren't compromises. Some of these I think are better than what they replaced.

The foundation swap.
I wore Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation for years. Then I switched to Araza for one month and never went back. Same buildable medium coverage, no silicones, and the coconut cream base treats your skin while you wear it. Genuinely better.
The skincare swap.
Hot take: the most effective vitamin C is the kind you drink, not the kind you spread on your face. Topical C is hard to stabilize and the good versions cost a fortune. Cymbiotika's liposomal C absorbs at 90%+ and works from the inside. Better skin, better budget.
The hair care swap.
